Stivland’s design approach relies heavily on her knowledge of community health, research methods and consumer psychology. She focuses on readability, sensibility and ease of access in her designs while staying current and forward-thinking with trends.
In her role, she helps clients understand that good design is more than aesthetic and visual identity; it is a tool to create ethical, sustainable change and tell a unique story that authentically connects consumers to a brand.
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, she worked as a designer with Chicago-based global healthcare giant Abbott. Earlier, she served at influential nonprofits including the American Kidney Fund and the Alzheimer’s Association.
Stivland holds dual bachelor degrees in psychology and public health from University of Minnesota.
