She excels at the intersection of strategy, operations and communication, guiding organizations and their leaders through periods of growth and change with a keen eye for its impact on customers, physicians and employees.
Before joining Jarrard Inc. in 2019, Reynolds spent a decade in executive marketing leadership roles at leading for-profit health systems. As vice president of marketing for LifePoint Health, she built the organization’s in-house marketing agency, and a team that ultimately transformed how the company’s 60 hospitals and 800+ providers reached patients and impacted their communities’ health.
Since relocating from Nashville to Chicago in 2015, Reynolds has served as an executive leadership consultant to both Community Health Systems and Quorum Health, driving high-profile projects including the launch of regional health systems, strategic data integration, physician engagement and digital marketing initiatives, and growth team development and accountability.
Previously, she led marketing for Saint Thomas Health in Nashville. Responsible for merging the Saint Thomas and Baptist legacy brands, she leveraged her decade of retail and sports marketing experience to lead both organizations through the transformation to digital and experience-based marketing programs.
Mid-career, Reynolds also spent four years outside of healthcare, building her first in-house marketing agency while vice president of marketing for Ingram Book Group.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in business from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
