Holder began her career with Kaplan, Inc., where she coached high school and college students to achieve their highest scores on test day. More than a decade later, she leans into that foundational strategic coaching experience and applies the critical thinking she developed at Kaplan to her change management work at Jarrard.
Prior to joining Jarrard in 2020, Holder was deeply involved in community advocacy work in Winston-Salem, NC, where she currently resides with her family. She has been integrally involved in local organizations including World Relief Triad, a non-profit that helps to resettle refugees in the Winston-Salem community, and MomsRising, where she has been actively working on their 2020 Get out the Vote campaign. A fierce advocate for access in democracy, she is proud to volunteer as a Chief Poll Judge each November. She currently serves as the president of The Winston-Salem Montessori School Board of Trustees.
A native of Northeast Ohio, Holder earned her Bachelor of Arts in English / Creative Writing from The Ohio State University.
