Prior to joining Jarrard Inc., she managed digital strategies across social, SEM, SEO and programmatic display channels for Hyatt Hotels, focused on reaching business goals and direct channel revenue. Her understanding of marketing performance metrics helped create deep consumer insights and data-driven campaign optimizations for hotel properties across the country.
Earlier, she worked at Finn Partners where she managed award-winning social media teams and integrated marketing programs for healthcare clients. She focused on developing content strategies and social media programs to build brand trust and affinity among targeted audiences.
McCarthy earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Illinois State University with a minor in psychology.
