A successful navigator of the academic medical center landscape, Milli Vincent offers our clients expertise in internal customer engagement and management of large, institution-wide transformative projects focused on core mission, infrastructure and costs.

Equipped with a deep understanding of hospital operations and a keen eye toward internal communications, Vincent helps clients successfully navigate through moments of change. Vincent often serves as an extension of client communications teams and is looked to as a trusted counselor and thought partner.

Prior to joining Jarrard in 2019, Vincent spent more than seven years with Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she was involved in pivotal projects across the enterprise including vendor outsourcing, VUMC’s legal separation from Vanderbilt University and an enterprise-wide Epic implementation. In addition to her involvement in these large initiatives, Vincent also led communications for Vanderbilt’s IT department and remained a key diplomat in the Medical Center’s continued partnership with Vanderbilt University.

In addition to her time at Vanderbilt, Milli spent three years serving the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, where she was a staff and volunteer leader supporting membership recruitment, retention and annual fundraising. Vincent served as a YMCA trainer and lead staff through customer service training, including the YMCA’s Listen First curriculum.

Milli earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a holds a master’s degree in education from Lipscomb University.
