Shoshana Overstreet brings clarity, organizational detail and a people-first orientation to her communications in her role as an associate advisor with Jarrard Inc.

Overstreet joined Jarrard Inc. in 2023 after interning with the firm in 2022. Previously, she worked in education and early childhood development, creating constructive learning environments for both mental and physical health and engaging in leadership positions. Additionally, she has honed an eye for detail with several years’ experience serving as an editor for Knoxville writers. A Maryville, Tennessee native, Overstreet earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Maryville College. During college, she participated in an internship providing literacy assistance to underserved children in the Knoxville area.
