Aleah Niemczyk creates branding and design experiences that captivate users on interfaces from web, to apps, to print and presentation. A senior designer with a wealth of knowledge from brand strategy, marketing and design systems, she specializes in developing intuitive interfaces that lead to seamless interactions.

Throughout her career, Niemczyk has worked on countless teams and startups in the healthcare, mental health, consulting and technology sectors. Exceptionally versatile, she brings deep connection to and understanding of the brands she cultivates. Having joined Jarrard in 2025, she enjoys exclusively focusing on the changes, challenges and opportunities within the healthcare space.

Originally from Wisconsin, Niemczyk earned her bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. Following that, she spent six years working in Minneapolis’ thriving startup community. Later, she moved to France and launched a business as a full-time freelancer, working for clients all over the world, including Canada and the U.S. As a passionate creator, she enjoys dabbling in photography and furniture making, while keeping her career focused on her most practiced strengths of UI and web design.
