Coupled with her significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and hospital reputation management, she provides creative solutions and support for hospitals, outpatient services and post-acute providers within complex and high-stakes environments. Feeney has a proven track record of outstanding strategic communications and government affairs success for a wide range of health operators and national trade associations, including rural and community-based hospitals.
Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Feeney served as director of member services at the Alliance for Recovery Care. There, she advocated for Medicare payment and regulatory policy alternatives for post-acute hospital and rehabilitation providers and maximized relationships between strategically aligned organizations to drive legislative and regulatory solutions. As the associate vice president of communications and public policy for ScionHealth – which operates 17 primarily rural community hospital campuses and 75 long-term acute care hospitals – she led the interdisciplinary communications team and provided policy analyses.
Earlier in her career, Feeney developed and executed award-winning, national public affairs campaigns during her tenure at the American Health Care Association and as part of Edelman’s Washington, DC-based healthcare team.
Feeney received her bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross with a double major in political science and studio art and a concentration in philosophy.
