Heather Honeycutt

Project Manager

Heather Honeycutt applies her background in event management, project management and HR operations to create streamlined processes and more efficiently achieve desired outcomes.

Prior to joining Jarrard Inc. as a project manager, Honeycutt served in various roles at Ramsey Solutions in Franklin, TN. As a project manager, she orchestrated collaboration between the marketing, creative, web development and production teams to plan and execute internal and external events. She also facilitated the rollouts of project management software and several project improvement plans.

Most recently, Honeycutt served on the human resources operational team at Ramsey Solutions, building and implementing a new human resources information system. Additionally, she guided writers and designers in the overhaul of the external communication plan for talent acquisition, and used qualitative and quantitative information to increase efficiencies in the recruitment process.

As a part of the firm’s National Practice, Heather supports our clients with multiple workstreams by tracking the many deliverables across that client, often using the client’s own project management software or creating client-specific project trackers when needed. She also serves as a content resource on projects that involve human resources, events and video projects.

Involved in her community, Honeycutt volunteers for the Ronald McDonald House and Tucker’s House, a Nashville-based non-profit that provides home modifications for families of children with special needs.

Honeycutt holds a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College and a Master of Education from the University of Georgia.
