Catlin Clemmons
Advisor
Catlin Clemmons brings a thoughtful, equity-focused lens to healthcare strategy, communications and project management.
With experience spanning health systems, grassroots clinics and mission-focused organizations, she excels in turning data into insight, aligning stakeholders and creating clear, human-centered communications.
Before joining Jarrard in 2025, Clemmons served as an administrative fellow at Ascension Saint Thomas, where she supported clinical, community and operational initiatives, including the launch of an inaugural women’s health fair and the development of cross-functional dashboards and engagement strategies tied to maternal health and behavioral health outcomes. She also developed executive-facing visuals in Tableau, SmartDraw, Canva and Excel to communicate key operational themes.
Previously, Clemmons worked in HR strategy at Centene Corporation and held outreach and marketing roles at Saint Louis University and a reproductive medicine practice. In each position, she led efforts that elevated underrepresented voices and deepened community partnerships and impact.
Originally from the Chicago area, Clemmons earned her master’s in health administration and bachelor’s in health management and policy from Saint Louis University. Additionally, she holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
