David Bell

With more than 25 years of experience in public, private and governmental affairs, David Bell brings unique insight into the complexities facing healthcare providers. A trusted partner for leaders facing adversity, Bell helps healthcare organizations navigate their most daunting situations.

Immediately prior to joining Jarrard Inc., Bell served as an administrator and regulator at a nearly $5 billion state Medicaid program in Idaho overseeing policy, projects and innovation. He has also worked as an international consultant and strategist where he provided counsel to the State Department, National Security Council, foreign heads of state and other key actors on major strategic decisions amidst international crises.

Bell has consulted on multiple political campaigns, worked on healthcare policy as a staff member for Congressman Bob Goodlatte and has guest-lectured at both James Madison and George Washington Universities. He directed large-scale civil society initiatives in developing countries including Serbia and Jordan, and he has run extensive public opinion research projects both at home and overseas.
A co-founder of trade association, Online Lenders Alliance, Bell is expert in building coalitions across party and ideological lines to make better public policy.

Bell holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina.
