Green assists our clients with issues navigation, crisis communications and media strategy. His track record of guiding clients through a wide range of crises is impressive – from handling targeting by “60 Minutes” to medical errors, data breaches and government investigations.
Green also draws on his publishing background to guide content marketing strategies, thought leadership and message development. Formerly managing editor of The Tennessean, Nashville’s daily newspaper, Green was in charge of content for its website and print editions—as well as managing 190 professional journalists. While an editor with the Lexington Herald-Leader, he oversaw a team of journalists who won a Pulitzer Prize in investigative reporting. Prior to that, he was a supervising editor for The Associated Press at its world headquarters in New York.
Green also served as editorial director of Global Navigation, a publication providing CEOs and board directors at public companies with thought leadership on doing business in China.
Green holds a Bachelor of Arts in government from Cornell University, and was a journalism fellow at the University of Michigan.
