His expertise covers the spectrum of marketing and communications initiatives including corporate reputation, brand positioning, employee engagement, crisis and risk management, integrated measurement, segmentation and thought leadership.
Lam joined the firm in 2025, with a strong base of healthcare clients including Advocate Health, the American Cancer Society, the Arthritis Foundation, CDC, CMS, Humana, J&J, Lurie Children’s Hospital, Riverside, and Walgreens. His work with those organizations included research with physicians/surgeons, nurses, HCP, hospital administrators, radiologists, seniors, caregivers and underserved populations.
Previously, Lam served as Executive Vice President, Head of US Central region for Edelman Data & Intelligence, where he led a team of research managers, scientists and analysts providing support to some of the world’s most trusted brands. In addition to deep experience in multi-variate statistics, Lam is also a professionally trained moderator and recognized thought leader/conference speaker. He is winner of numerous prestigious awards, including the Ogilvy ARF award, Sabre award and IPA Effectiveness award.
Lam earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Chicago, where he focused on psychology and East Asian studies, and a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University. He also sits on the board of the Chinese American Service League, the oldest social service non-profit serving the AAPI community in the Midwest.
