At dGC, she focuses on developing strategic communications and media relations initiatives, supporting mid-size businesses, nonprofits and launching major brands to create measurable results. Additionally, she is adept at building community engagement and awareness to achieve goals for local and state government related projects. Her company has received multiple awards, at both the local and national level for client strategies and results.
Prior to starting duGard Communications (dGC), Perri served in multiple roles, including as marketing director with HCA’s TriStar Health System, director of communications with DCI Donor Services, account supervisor with BOHAN and vice president of marketing and communications for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.
Perri attended North Carolina Central University, where she received her BBA, with a concentration in Marketing. She is recently appointed to the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee board of directors, is the immediate past chair of the Nashville Children’s Theatre, co-chair of Nashville Chamber of Commerce’s Area Advisory Council for Chamber North, secretary of the Nashville Public Television Board of Directors, and a member of the Family and Children’s Services Advisory Board.
Perri and her husband Anthony enjoy watching their sons (12 and 8) play football, baseball, basketball and soccer. She loves traveling to the beach, cooking, and having dinners with interesting and diverse friends.
