Provider organizations are facing questions about their commitment to mission and community impact while staring down the real possibility of devastating funding cuts through federal policy changes. In this environment, healthcare leaders must work to build public trust and support while driving the operational change needed to nimbly respond to change.

Key to doing it all? Bringing doctors, nurses and staff into the conversation as partners in change internally, and advocates for the organization externally.

Survey findings include:

  • Nearly two-thirds of healthcare workers are confident in their ability to personally make a difference
  • Just over half say their organizations actually involve them in tackling healthcare’s biggest challenges
  • Six in 10 are worried about federal funding cuts, with physicians slightly more concerned than others
