Building A Website to Reflect the Future of An Organization

THE CLIENT CHALLENGE

Leaders at a nation-leading oncology provider wanted to revamp the organization’s website, which had gone years without any significant updates. The provider was in the middle of a rebrand, as well as the implementation of several new divisions and service areas, and its new site needed to reflect these changes while being upgraded as a tool for both patient engagement and business development.  

THE SOLUTION

Through a series of interviews and conversations, our digital and design teams learned leaders’ priorities for the new site. We facilitated an audit of all existing content, including copy, graphics and other design elements. 

We launched a comprehensive preliminary phase consisting of SEO keyword research, wireframe and sitemap buildouts and a thorough copy refresh to prime the site for better search engine performance. Leaders were informed of updates and our approach every step of the way. 

THE RESULTS

With a modern look and feel, and framed in the new branding, the upgraded website better tells the full story of the organization and contains a sophisticated structure that makes it easy for visitors to learn about services, discover sites of care and make an appointment.
