Glenn most recently served as chief communications and marketing officer for Michigan Medicine. Previously, she spent 18 years at Henry Ford Health as senior vice president of marketing and later as chief experience and communications officer.
Today, Glenn is an instructor in the Department of Communication & Media at the University of Michigan, where she was a 2021 finalist for the Golden Apple Award recognizing exceptional faculty. She has worked extensively with boards, executives and team members to align mission, vision and values with organizational performance.
Her contributions to the field have been recognized nationally. She is a past president to the board of the American Hospital Association’s Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD), recipient of its 2022 Leadership Excellence Award, the 2023 John A. Eudes Vision & Excellence Award from Greystone.net and the 2018 Distinguished Alumni Award from her undergrad alma mater, Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
She received her master’s degree from George Washington University, graduating as valedictorian, and is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America. She is also certified as an executive coach through the University of Michigan.
