The Challenge

Sturdy Health, a health system that serves the New England area, wanted to establish a new brand in the wake of leadership turnover and a significant reduction in staff during the pandemic. With a lagging brand that needed to be invigorated for both internal and external audiences, we partnered with leaders to identify the gaps in the existing brand experience. By providing a new, elevated brand and experience, the health system has a renewed identity, a more focused mission and vision statement, and a story that is reflected through the work of all levels and speaks to existing and potential patients that live in their area.

  • Conducted stakeholder interviews with internal teams and surveyed the community to understand the pulse of the health system and needs of each persona
