Alison Panella

Associate Vice President

An accomplished marketing and communications specialist, Panella helps clients in our National and Academic Health Systems Practice navigate initiatives related to internal engagement, core strategic direction development and ongoing operational support.

Panella joined Jarrard Inc. following more than eight years at Interactive Forums, Inc., a strategic marketing and research firm based in Philadelphia. There, she led project management and strategy initiatives for major and up-and-coming pharmaceutical clients as they advanced new therapeutics and developed their strategic marketing and communications plans. She has also worked in academic institutions, including The Ohio State University and Saint Joseph’s University, supporting research initiatives to improve cardiopulmonary care and early childhood education.

Outside of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, Panella spent time at Nationwide Insurance, where she led marketing initiatives for key strategic partnerships and supported the administrative and operations platform for the company’s employee benefits product lines.

Panella holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from Saint Joseph’s University and has served as a grant writer for Philadelphia-based non-profit organizations.
