A seasoned communications professional, Allison Nemec combines sharp strategic thinking and hands-on execution to guide healthcare programs through effective storytelling, stakeholder engagement and operational discipline.
With more than a decade of experience shaping internal and external communications for complex, policy-driven initiatives, Nemec has honed her skills leading large-scale public health and behavior-change campaigns as well as developing clear, audience-tailored messaging.
Prior to joining Jarrard in 2025, Nemec was at Ketchum PR, part of Omnicom Group, where she directed multimillion-dollar federal contracts and led national health campaigns on behalf of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). While there, she was also engaged in strategic communications planning, content and design oversight, stakeholder and partnership relationships, digital and social engagement, and supporting new federal business efforts. She is adept at translating complex policy and technical content into accessible and persuasive messaging.
Nemec obtained her bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communication, with a minor in print journalism, from Duquesne University. She earned a master’s degree in communications from West Virginia University.
