Associate Vice President

Brittany Hunter helps healthcare organizations navigate complex change by combining change management strategy, communications and practical implementation. She works with leaders and teams to translate organizational priorities into clear paths forward, helping people understand what is changing, why it matters and how they can move through it successfully.

Her work spans organizational transformation, team and operating model changes, strategic planning and large-scale technology implementations. She develops change strategies, leader resources, communications and engagement programs that build alignment, prepare teams for new ways of working and support lasting adoption. She also helps organizations establish service standards, clarify expectations and design measurable approaches to improving team and organizational performance.

Hunter brings deep communications expertise to change management. She has advised healthcare organizations of all types – from rural hospitals to large, national and academic health systems – and has worked across functions including communications and marketing, human resources, development, strategy and operations.

Her perspective is informed by experience on both sides of the advisor-client relationship. Before joining Jarrard Inc. in 2018, Hunter worked in-house in public affairs and marketing at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where she partnered with clinical and non-clinical leaders on initiatives ranging from service line growth to employee engagement to public relations. Earlier in her career, she supported physician onboarding and marketing for a medical group, giving her firsthand experience with the operational realities of implementing change across specialties, locations and stakeholder groups.

Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism from Ohio University and a Master of Integrated Marketing Communications degree from Northwestern University.
