Caitlyn Romanski uses her strategic communication skills and experience in healthcare and higher education to produce high-quality work that prioritizes attention to detail, health equity and client advocacy. 

Prior to joining the firm, Romanski worked in marketing and communications at the University of Louisville. There, she supported the Office of Admissions and helped recruit prospective undergraduate and transfer students through the implementation of strategic communication efforts. Her work included event development and marketing, admissions counselor outreach communications, organic social media management, web development and the promotion of key recruitment events for underrepresented student populations. 

Previously, Romanski interned at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy (UKCOP) focusing on media and web content that highlighted notable pharmacy alumni and UK HealthCare pharmacy initiatives.

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Romanski graduated from the University of Kentucky, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in integrated strategic communications with a concentration in creative advertising, along with a minor in business. There, she was involved with the University of Kentucky Equestrian Team and UKCOP’s Healthcare Communication Mentorship Program for Historically Underrepresented Groups.
