A strategic advisor specializing in organizational transformation, leadership activation and people-centered change, Courtney Kelsey helps healthcare organizations navigate complexity, strengthen readiness and accelerate adoption during periods of significant transition.

Since joining the firm in 2016, Kelsey has played a key role in expanding its organizational development and change impact capabilities. She advises academic health system clients on leadership activation, workforce engagement, culture transformation, operating model shifts, technology and process implementations, and other enterprise initiatives requiring significant behavior and mindset change. Her work helps organizations align leaders, assess readiness, equip teams, navigate uncertainty and measure progress to improve adoption and long-term outcomes.
Kelsey combines expertise in change leadership, experience design, strategic communications and issue navigation to help organizations maintain trust through crisis, transformation and growth. Her public health and policy background enables her to understand the broader forces shaping healthcare organizations and translate complex challenges into actionable strategies that strengthen workforce resilience, engagement and performance.
Previously, Kelsey served as Director of Corporate Communications at Baylor Scott & White Health, where she led communications supporting human resources, workforce well-being, diversity and inclusion, culture initiatives and large-scale organizational change efforts.
A Nashville native, Kelsey is a former representative of public universities to the Tennessee Student Assistant Corporation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in religious studies and political science from Rhodes College and a Master of Public Health in health policy and management from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
