Kate Katz, who joined Jarrard in 2026, is a seasoned organizational transformation advisor and nationally recognized speaker.
At Jarrard, she helps clients in our regional practice to successfully drive large-scale transformation and culture initiatives across the healthcare continuum. With more than 20 years of experience serving clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, Katz is a trusted advisor to executive teams seeking to optimize performance and achieve strategic, financial and clinical goals.
Prior to joining Jarrard, Katz served as the Lead for Huron’s Healthcare Change Management and Leadership capability. She also spent a year at the Center for Health Policy at the Brookings Institution and, before that, spent nearly a decade as the Principal of her own boutique management consultancy in London.
Widely recognized for her expertise in high reliability, psychological safety and leading change in the AI era, Katz is a published thought leader with contributions to Chief Executive, Fast Company and The AI Journal. She is also a sought-after keynote speaker at national healthcare conferences.
Throughout her career, Katz has led complex change and transformation programs impacting more than 22,000 employees across academic medical centers, multi-hospital health systems and community-based providers. Her experience includes merger integration, enterprise financial recovery, EMR implementations, revenue cycle transformation, workforce planning and enterprise operating model redesigns—delivering measurable improvements in organizational performance, engagement and sustainability.
Katz holds a master’s degree in organizational development in healthcare and health education from Middlesex University and is Prosci-certified in change management.
