Lauren Bauer brings more than a decade of experience in strategic communications and public relations, partnering with healthcare organizations to tell clear, credible stories that resonate with the audiences who matter most.
She works with clients to elevate visibility, strengthen reputation and navigate complex topics with confidence, supporting thought leadership and effective communication during critical moments.
Before joining Jarrard, Bauer served as an account director at Weber Shandwick, where she advised healthcare clients across the public, nonprofit and private sectors – including federal public health agencies, global pharmaceutical companies and leading philanthropic organizations. In that role, she led media relations and integrated communications efforts that drove national visibility for public health initiatives, disease awareness campaigns and key product milestones.
Earlier in her career, Bauer held communications roles at Walden University, Choice Hotels International, Edelman, and Discovery, Inc., supporting efforts to strengthen brand visibility, shape corporate positioning, and engage key stakeholders.
Bauer earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Maryland, College Park.
