Fecher’s forte is navigating the most challenging situations her clients may face in their careers. While many of these issues are being played out in the public domain, Fecher brings a sense of calm and focus to achieve the desired results.
She offers deep expertise with both internal and external stakeholders, developing messaging that resonates and communicating complex – often difficult – messaging through times of transition and transformation.
In her 11 years with Jarrard, Fecher has played key roles in steering clients through mergers, acquisitions and partnerships, including post-merger integration, financial turnarounds that involve reductions in force, facility and service line closures, employed medical group restructuring, and CON and advocacy campaigns. She’s also led reputation turnaround plans, including provider and employee engagement initiatives, spearheading public perception assessments, thought leadership programs and more.
Prior to joining Jarrard Inc. in 2014, Fecher led the marketing and communications for United Allergy Services, an investor-backed healthcare services organization. There, she implemented an organization-wide employee engagement effort, oversaw relationship and business development with provider organizations and physician practices and launched the company’s brand, marketing and communications strategy.
Fecher’s career also includes seven years tenure as an in-hospital marketing and communications professional. She oversaw marketing and communications for a Tenet-owned hospital and facilities in Atlanta, as well as managed marketing, internal communications and customer relations for a Mercy Health nine-hospital system (now Tennova Healthcare) in Knoxville, Tenn.
Fecher earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a public relations specialization from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
