With more than 15 years of experience guiding large, complex organizations through transformation, Longman has designed and executed strategies that strengthen market position, elevate leadership visibility, and foster internal alignment. His expertise spans corporate and internal communications, digital engagement, crisis management, and brand positioning—each grounded in a deep understanding of how audiences think, feel and act in today’s competitive environment.
Before joining Jarrard, Longman held leadership positions at HMA and Merck, implementing high-profile public relations and thought leadership initiatives that increased brand sentiment, digital engagement and industry visibility. Earlier, at Humana and its subsidiary Concentra, he oversaw corporate branding and national recruitment campaigns that expanded university partnerships and strengthened the company’s talent pipeline.
Longman holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from The University of Texas. He has been recognized with multiple awards for communications excellence and leadership, underscoring his commitment to purposeful storytelling and strategic impact.
