Rachel McKechnie

Executive Assistant

Rachel McKechnie brings to Jarrard Inc. a deep background in management, administrative work and customer experience in her role as administrative assistant.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, McKechnie worked as an administrative assistant at Franklin, TN-based Ramsey Solutions. There, she maintained and coordinated extensive calendars, managed projects, organized travel logistics, coordinated closely with the accounting team and executed company events. Previously, she served for more than five years as a restaurant manager for BrickTop’s Restaurants in the Middle Tennessee area. During that time, McKechnie hired, trained and led diverse teams at multiple restaurants, helping guide them through significant corporate transitions and adapting restaurant operations throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. During her career, McKechnie has also been involved in executing new management training programs.

A Kentucky native, McKechnie earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Memphis.
