Rachel Rochefort helps build the operational foundation that enables Jarrard’s teams to deliver exceptional client service and support the firm’s continued growth.
With more than a decade of experience in operations management and organizational strategy, Rochefort develops scalable processes, strengthens accountability and aligns people, systems and resources to improve performance across growing organizations.
Before joining Jarrard, Rochefort served as director of operations for Council Leadership, an executive coaching and consulting firm, where she led operational strategy and implementation during a period of significant growth. She developed and standardized core business processes, implemented new technology systems, strengthened financial planning and reporting, launched new service offerings and cultivated strategic partnerships that supported long-term organizational success.
Previously, Rochefort spent more than eight years with Stout, a national advisory firm, where she supported the operations for a 250-person consulting practice. There, she managed workforce planning and utilization, led operational integration efforts for multiple acquisitions, oversaw recruiting and onboarding programs and provided data-driven insights to practice leadership to support strategic decision-making.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and a master’s degree in natural resources from Cornell University, plus a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
