Travis Dray

Travis Dray brings seasoned leadership in mergers and acquisitions, business operations and brand development. Recognized for his collaborative engagement with stakeholders, Dray enhances organizational reputation through his strategic approaches.

Before joining Jarrard, Dray served as director of business development at Adventist Health Columbia Gorge, where he led internal and external communication strategies during a partnership exploration and integration of the two healthcare systems. He also developed a strong brand affinity marketing strategy to enhance reputation and position the health system as the preferred choice. 

Before entering healthcare, Dray demonstrated his versatility across diverse roles, from managing Arizona business operations for the Oakland Athletics Baseball Co. to serving as deputy director of parks and recreation for the City of Tempe – significantly impacting both organizations’ brands and bottom lines. Additionally, Dray spent time as managing partner at Human Movement Management where he helped build the company into a nationally recognized events entity. Following its acquisition by Powdr Corp, Dray assumed the position of director of events and programming, focusing on elevating consumer experiences.  

Dray holds a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in public administration from Western International University.
