Two pediatric powerhouses in Southern California were merging to create a new children’s health system.

THE SOLUTION

Pre-close, our team facilitated an integration and visioning retreat with leadership of the merging entities to set the foundation for collaboration. Post-close, we partnered with leaders of the new system to unify the team and define the organization’s mission, vision, values and culture.

THE RESULTS

After successfully developing a united strategy and vision for the new health system through several in-person experiential workshops, we provided personalized coaching to the new co-CEOs – who seamlessly guided the work forward.
