Megan Glass

Megan Glass offers clients in the Jarrard Inc. Health Services Practice more than 12 years of business development and marketing experience from multiple sectors within the healthcare industry. She specializes in building and executing healthcare strategy during moments of key opportunities for growth.

With an innate ability to create actionable and targeted initiatives in high-stakes environments, Glass is an expert at executing on big ideas that lead to paradigm shifts and overcome industry barriers, ultimately leading to clients meeting and exceeding goals. She leverages her deep understanding of customer service and client relationships to build connections and grow business.

Before joining Jarrard, Glass worked in private equity backed healthcare, serving at Healthmap Solutions, a Tampa-based healthcare technology startup. There, she grew the business development team from 10 to 75 employees and helped medical technology platforms build relationships with health systems, payers, and the physician community to meet the challenges of growing and retaining business in the fast-paced health services sector.

Glass began her career in healthcare communications at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine, where she was involved in the launch of the DaVinci robot. From there, she served in various marketing roles at provider organizations throughout Florida, including Florida Hospital Medical Group, Community Health Systems, AdventHealth and HCA.

Glass holds a BA in Political Science from Auburn University and a Master of communication from the University of Miami.
